As an interactive, cognitive-behavioral therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges as well as long-standing issues.
My life experience of raising 5 children, married 32 years and now a widow blended with my education and training give me a real world, practical approach to the counseling process.
Using a variety of techniques in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer an individualized approach to each of my client’s individual needs to help attain the personal growth they want. Together with each client, I work to develop strengths, identify purpose, and achieve life goals.
