Living in the Between: A workshop for the Widow/Widower
Once widowed, we are “in” the world, but not “of” the world. I know – that phrase usually means something else. To put it another way, we are “in” the church, but not “of” the church. Somehow, our status changes. We are looked upon differently. People don’t know what we need or how to help us – despite good intentions. We really can’t blame them for that, we often don’t know that for ourselves. We are in a place “between” – between what we once had and what we still hope to have. Between being married and not being married. Between being alive and being dead. Just “between”. This workshop helps us explore what we can do in that “in between” space and how we can find our way to our 2.0 life. 1 hr workshop
